Ibanez GRG131DX

The Ibanez GRG131DX is a solid-body electric guitar from the GIO series, built around the familiar RG-style double-cutaway design. It features a poplar body, GRG Maple neck and a bound Purpleheart fretboard with distinctive Red Sharktooth inlays. The 24-fret, 25.5-inch scale configuration provides a familiar platform for rhythm playing, lead work and modern rock styles. 

The guitar uses a pair of Ibanez Infinity R passive ceramic humbuckers in an HH configuration. These pickups are designed to provide a tight, clear response with good dynamics, including enough definition for higher-gain playing. A 5-way selector, volume control and tone control provide practical access to different pickup combinations and tonal settings. 

A fixed F106 bridge provides stable string support and allows individual string-height adjustment. The 400 mm fretboard radius, 43 mm nut width and 10.5 mm string spacing provide a comfortable playing platform, while black hardware complements the Black Flat finish. The current version uses medium frets and comes with M300C listed as the recommended case. 
