Ibanez GRG140

The Ibanez GRG140 is a solid-body electric guitar from the GIO series, featuring the distinctive RG-style double-cutaway body. It combines a Poplar body with a GRG Maple neck and a bound Purpleheart fretboard, offering a comfortable platform for rhythm playing, lead work and fast technical passages. Its 24-fret, 25.5-inch scale design gives it the familiar feel associated with the RG family.

The GRG140 uses an HSS pickup configuration consisting of two Infinity RS passive ceramic single-coil pickups in the neck and middle positions and an Infinity R passive ceramic humbucker at the bridge. The 5-way pickup selector, volume control and tone control provide a wide range of sounds, from cleaner single-coil tones to thicker, higher-output bridge tones.

A T102 tremolo bridge provides pitch-bending capability while maintaining a practical setup for everyday playing. The 400 mm fretboard radius, 43 mm nut width and 10.5 mm string spacing provide a comfortable playing surface, while the chrome hardware complements the guitar's available finishes.
