I found that B1000SV is the Steve Vai Signature Pick series. The current Ibanez listings use suffixes such as BR, GR, and MP for the individual colors. (Ibanez)

Ibanez B1000SV

The Ibanez B1000SV is a Steve Vai Signature guitar pick designed in collaboration with legendary guitarist Steve Vai. It features a Teardrop Shape that provides a comfortable and precise picking surface, making it suitable for expressive lead playing, fast alternate picking, and detailed rhythm work. The pick is made from durable Polyacetal for a consistent feel and reliable performance.

With a Heavy 1.0 mm thickness, the B1000SV offers a firm and controlled response with minimal flex.
