Ibanez V44MINIE-OPN

The Ibanez V44MINIE-OPN is a compact six-string acoustic-electric guitar featuring a 3/4 Dreadnought body. Its Meranti top, back, and sides provide a warm and balanced acoustic response, while the smaller body size makes the instrument easier to handle and transport than a full-size Dreadnought. It is well suited for beginners, travel, practice, casual playing, and players who prefer a compact acoustic guitar without giving up the familiar Dreadnought shape.

The guitar features a V-profile Meranti neck with a Nandu Wood fretboard and 20 frets. Its 579 mm (22.8") scale length, 42 mm nut width, 250 mm fretboard radius, and 11 mm string spacing create a comfortable setup, particularly for players who prefer a shorter-scale instrument. A Nandu Wood bridge and Ibanez Advantage™ bridge pins provide secure string positioning and efficient transfer of string vibration.

For amplified performance, the V44MINIE-OPN is equipped with an Ibanez Undersaddle pickup and an Ibanez AEQ-2T preamp with an onboard tuner. The preamp includes bass, treble, and volume controls, while the built-in tuner can be used without connecting the guitar to an amplifier. A 1/4" output jack provides connection to amplifiers, PA systems, and other compatible equipment, with the electronics powered by a single 9V battery.
