The refreshed Standard Series 000-18 features Martin's Golden Era (GE) scalloped X-bracing, inspired by the company's pre-war designs, helping the spruce top respond dynamically with enhanced resonance, sustain, and tonal detail. Its 24.9-inch short scale and GE Modified Low Oval neck with High-Performance Taper provide a comfortable playing feel, while the 1 3/4-inch nut width offers ample room for precise fingerstyle work.

The 000-18 features an aging-toned gloss spruce top, dark mahogany gloss back and sides, an ebony fingerboard and bridge, abalone dot inlays, black binding, and nickel open-gear tuners with butterbean knobs. A faux tortoise pickguard and Old Style 18 multi-stripe rosette complete its classic appearance.
