Yamaha B30 PE Upright Acoustic Piano

The Yamaha B30 PE is the largest model in Yamaha’s latest B Series of upright acoustic pianos, standing 121 cm high and designed to deliver a rich, clear and naturally resonant acoustic piano experience. Its larger cabinet provides greater soundboard and bass-string capacity than the B10 and B20, making it particularly well suited to players looking for a fuller tonal response while retaining the practical format of an upright piano.

The B30 features newly developed B Series Special hammers and a redesigned soundboard engineered to produce a clear, spacious tone with strong resonance and sustained expression. The soundboard’s crowned construction works together with five back posts to maintain its shape and stability under string tension, helping the instrument deliver consistent resonance across its 88-key range. Yamaha also manufactures the action components with high precision to provide a smooth and reliable playing response.

The piano is equipped with acrylic resin white keys, phenolic resin black keys, and a Yamaha V-Pro cast-iron frame. Its Damper, Muffler and Soft pedals provide versatile control over sustain, volume and playing character, while the wide full-length music stand accommodates multiple sheets of music. A soft-close fallboard adds convenience and safety, and the Polished Ebony finish gives the B30 PE a traditional, refined appearance.
