Yamaha CLP-845 Clavinova Digital Piano

The Yamaha CLP-845 is a premium Clavinova digital piano that combines Yamaha’s GrandTouch-S keyboard with wooden keys, expressive piano modeling and a powerful two-way speaker system. Designed for pianists who want a highly realistic playing experience in a compact digital instrument, the CLP-845 offers the touch, response and tonal detail needed for serious practice, performance and music education.

The GrandTouch-S keyboard features wooden white keys, synthetic ebony and ivory keytops, and escapement for a natural acoustic-piano-style response. Yamaha’s Grand Expression Modeling captures the relationship between the player’s touch and the resulting tonal changes, while Virtual Resonance Modeling recreates the complex sympathetic resonances of an acoustic piano. The instrument includes detailed voices based on the Yamaha CFX and Bösendorfer Imperial concert grands, with Binaural Sampling available for headphone listening.

The CLP-845 also provides a versatile set of digital features, including 38 built-in voices, 256-note maximum polyphony, Bluetooth Audio and Bluetooth MIDI, Dual, Split and Duo modes, and a two-track MIDI recorder. Its powerful two-way speaker system with diffusers is designed to provide a spacious, detailed sound, while the three GrandTouch pedals offer expressive control with a half-pedal Damper function. The CLP-845 is available in several cabinet finishes, including Black, Polished Ebony, Dark Rosewood, White Birch and White.
